Return & Exchange Policy

• ✓Product must not be customized (no logo printing or embroidery)
• ✓Return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of receipt
• ✓Purchase receipt or order number must be provided

• ✗Products customized with customer logo printing or embroidery
• ✗Products that have been used or washed
• ✗Products past the 14-day period
• ✗Products damaged due to misuse

For returns, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. Shipping costs may be deducted in some cases.
